Greater Cleveland Community Shares is committed to protecting the personal information that you provide to us when using the Community Shares web site. This Online Privacy Policy describes how we treat all user data collected during your visit to the Community Shares site, both anonymous data and personally-identifiable data.
Community Shares may occasionally update this policy. We will post any changes on this web page, so be sure to check back periodically. User Data We Collect
We collect two types of user data: (1) anonymous data that is automatically
collected from all visitors to the Community Shares site; and (2)

under "Personal Data"). We track the number and frequency of hits per
page on an aggregate basis.

We use data on which sections of the Community Shares site are most
visited, so that we can evaluate the popularity of our different web pages. We

contribution to Community Shares;

You may choose to “unsubscribe” from, or not receive, any communication from
Community Shares at any time. To

In your request, indicate which communications for which you wish to be unsubscribed (only email communications, only postal mail communications, etc.).
For each individual for which Community Shares collects Personal Data, we use the following status codes:
· Subscribed: individual has requested to receive a particular communication from Community Shares, such as the e-newsletter
· Unsubscribed: individual has requested not to receive a particular communication from Community Shares, such as the e-newsletter
· Opt-out: individual has requested not to receive any electronic communication from Community Shares
Children

The Personal Data we collect about you is stored on a secure, password
protected server. We use industry-standard encryption technologies with respect
to the receipt and transfer of Personal Data you submit to us on the Community
Shares site, and only authorized personnel have access to your information.

be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
