Community Shares advances social justice in Greater Cleveland by generating essential operating funds for nonprofit organizations that are working for positive community change. We generate these funds through workplace giving programs and other philanthropic initiatives.

While our 36 members do very different work, they are united in the belief that meaningful, lasting community improvement requires addressing the root causes of social problems rather than just treating their symptoms.
