Intentional Conversations!

Heights Community Congress' Small Group Discussion Series on Race, Class and Diversity
Over the past six months, Heights Community Congress (HCC) has hosted the public forums, "Perception vs. Reality:  How Do We Talk About Race, Class and Diversity In Our Own Community?"  Hundreds of people have attended these forums and have taken the opportunity to share what's on their minds and hear what others are saying about issues dealing with race, socio-economic and other issues of "diversity.

The forums have been a "safe space" for frank, honest and open discussion about some difficult issues to confront, as a community.

Join us and take advantage of the opportunity to engage in small group discussions with your fellow community members about topics that may sometimes be difficult to confront, but are essential in the effort to move towards increased understanding and acceptance of each other's similarities and differences.  This is a key step towards strengthening the health of our region.

Challenge yourself to participate in a frank, honest and Intentional Cconversation.
